Howard Luloff: It’s such a rare treat to see Grandstand Play almost 40 years after the show first aired. Bill Carlson and Allan Lotsberg make an outstanding hosting tandem but it’s Lotsberg that stands out because he brings humor and enthusiasm to the proceedings.
