KARE-TV: 1992 Ice Palace Coverage lighting and fireworks

The St. Paul winter Carnival erected an Ice Palace in conjunction with the 1992 Super Bowl XXVI in Minneapolis. KARE-TV provided coverage of the lighting and fireworks ceremony live along with features on the construction and building.
