Donaldson’s Saturday Night! Commercial for the now defunct Donaldson’s department stores special discounted Saturday night sale, a parody of Chevy Chase’s pratfall of Saturday Night Live. I remember this commercial airing through the final days of Donaldson’s which changed owners in 1988 and became Carson Pirie Scott. This commercial aired during an airing of The Muppet Show in 1981 on KMSP.
