This was the era of Moore and Moore, Dave Moore being paired with Doug Moore who on the air and print provided the disclaimer they were not related. Doug Moore was Dave's co-anchor from 1977 to 1982 and was last known to be anchoring in San Jose. A feature of this news report is on Ted Turner's "new" 24 hour cable news operation CNN.
