Star Wars premiered on network TV for the first time in January 1984 on CBS and locally on WCCO-TV. I recall this as a big moment as prior to this we had only been able to rent Star Wars and rent a VCR to watch it only once. Included in this clip are the last few commercials, last scene of the movie, and a documentary hosted by Mark Hamill on the Star Wars trilogy. Also included is the first few moments of the WCCO-TV 10pm Report which aired immediately after.
