"Mr. Weather" was a campaign developed by Hubbard Broadcasting to promote and build the brand of KSTP weather. Dennis Feltgen was promoted as "Mr. Weather" and would visit schools and organizations demonstrating science and weather. Dennis Feltgen was also branded as "Mr. Weather" in the evening weather segments. Budget cuts, staff changes, and strategy made Mr. Weather a short lived campaign, however enjoy a promo from 1985 as Mr. Weather walks freely through the halls of an elementary school.
